UIF CLAIM NOT PROCESSED FOR OVER A MONTH

Claim unprocessed for over a month. Call center never helps. They put you on hold and never return to the call. Went to their Pretoria offices, stood in line for a couple hours just to be told to fill in my details into a book and come back tomorrow to see someone in enquiries.
