Uif claim not paid out

I've app**** for unemployment benefits in May I have recieved only one payment I then app**** on the 28th June and every since the claim is sitting by the paymaster;I've called the call centers twice and all they say is they ganna escalate the matter I then went into the branch and they told me the claim is sitting in pinetown branch at the paymasters inbox i call that branch no answer I call the manager she tells me i need to go back to the initial branch and was very Rude didnt wanna hear me out .I then call the ombudsman the numbers i got the lady said they only work for the labour department shes then gives me the same managers number again...all this back and forward and stil no answers on to where is the claim and when it is been released I dont even know what to do now
