Uif claim not paid

I app**** on the 22nd of January 2024 I was approved on the 15th of March 2024 to date i have already done a continuation of benefits as instructed by the contact centre but not one payment, we are sitting at home unemployed yet we paid UIF over the years we are renting with no means to pay our rent or even able to put food on the table, you call you in they tell you you just have to wait how do we wait when we are in desperate situations to just put food on the table for our kids? There is no help at the department of labour my status is still on sent yo pay master ever since but no payment
