UIF Claim not PAID

I was on maternity leave from June 2023 to November 2023, I claimed in December 2023 for my UIF, I have not received my payment.

I called to enquire in early February, I was told that my claim was blocked and the reason was because the account details and my surname did not match. I had spoken to Mr Moeketsi from the labour department in Sandton, he emailed me two forms that were going to unblock my claim. When I asked which bank account they used, they said it was a CAPITEC account, but in my forms I had put my Standard Bank account details.

Third week of February I went to the labour department in Sandton to enquire again, I was told that they can see my 2 forms and that I will be receiving my payment. It is March now, and I still have not received my payment.
