UIF CLAIM NOT PAID

Good day<br> Im writing to raise my concern and probably hoping to get a positive feedback. I was forced to resign from my job of 8 years by bad management behaviours. My case was taken to CCM where the employer settled with me on the 19 Nov 2014 amount of r85000 but only got paid r60 000 due to tax. I went to department 22 Nov 2014 to apply for my UIF since I have been a member and now do not have a job. my claim was registered in Dec 2014 and all documents where attached to my application, supporting documents proving that the employer did settle me at CCMA on the case which I logged ( Constructive Dismisal). A letter from my employer confirming the settlement was attached on my UIF application. January 2015 I was informed by a consultant at Maponya Mall Branch that my claim was declined and it will be handed over to the appealing Board for decision to be made. Im unemployed from last year October, Im struggling to find new employment , I have no money for food, things are bad and UIF is not assisting me. when I make follow up at Maponya Mall im told it takes a very long time before the appealing board can make a decision.
