uif claim not captured

lodged a UIF claim beginning of November 2015 and was given the 7th January 2016. I was told all paperwork was received but not captured. I was again given the 28th January 2016 where I was told the same story and given a new date of 3 March 2016. I called HO numerous times and also emailed complaint and my payslips and IRP5s but nobody got back to me from Pretoria.<br> Obviously am not working and have been paying UIF for 7 years...why do I have to suffer and attain a bad credit history? With what money should I travel for nothing and call the call centre?
