UIF Claim not been paid for over 5 months

UIF department is taking me for the ride. I was retrench last year October and in January I started applying for UIF with no avail, instead they make me to spend more. I submitted all the necessary documents on the 23 Feb 2021 until today I have not received the payment. Last time I went there I was told to that my banking details are wrong which was not true. They gave me another form which I took it to the bank and they resubmitted the claim and today when I check my status for my claim it said it has been cancel by pay master. I am not copying, I am owing lot of debts. My kids school fees, their transport you name it. Why is UIF department taking me from pillar to post. I’m tried. I am using transport to go to their offices. Help me to sort this matters.
