UIF Claim- no payment received in over a month

I submitted all my necessary documents to Labour department, Stanger on 11 December 2019, was told to come sign 10 January 2020. I haven't received any payment. Called the offices like a hundred times either they don't answer or get sent from one person to another till call cuts. I have no other income, have a child to send to school and who cares. Always endless excuses. Been told of a back log, I really just don't know who to get help from.... this is super frustrating as this money is owed to me. I feel like I'm never going to get any help. I live on a farm, getting to town and so far is no joke and is costly....
