Uif claim keeps failing

I am a legal guardian to my grand kids. I have submitted documents to the Department of labour and the money keeps bouncing back as they are using the wrong account number. I have submitted the correct banking details but they keep on transferring to the late. the reason for my complain is that the kids are now affected and I don't get help from the department as they are taking me back and forth.
