UIF Claim for illness benefit not approved from August 2022

I submitted illness claim in August 2022 and it was sent to assessor. I have not received the outcome of the claim until today. I followed up with the contact centre almost every day and they tell me that the matter has been escalated. They also told me there's no turnaround time. Since then I have no income and I'm unemployed. I survive with wife and 3 children. I have been borrowing money for us to eat hoping that the claim would be approved but even now there's no outcome of the claim. May someone with humility please intervene. ID number: ***
