UIF CLAIM

The back and forth I'm subjected to with this department are draining. I have since been waiting for my payment that was promised Oct 3rd since my submission of continuation of benefits but now I am still waiting even today spoke to 3 agent all of them they giving me different stories, there's no communication nothing from the department. The call center is pretty much useless since they keep escalating and finally said they "don't know" I must visit the center physically which will be like the fourth time but the system is always offline and you go back with no answer. A very frustrating experience considering that this your money.
