UIF claim

Hi,my name is Elvis Hadebe, who opened a case against my previous employer Phillip luppnow the managing Director of Profill marketing on the first week of October 2017 for my UIF claim on the Department of labour, my case was eventually referred to UI Auditors because the information that was filled by the employer was incorrect, the case has been quite ever since, I've sent a bunch of emails and sms's to people who has been handling my case,I've received no useful feedback until now, please let me know how I can get help.
