UIF claim

I app**** for my uif claim 4 March online but till today status doesn't change on my Application, since April I've been contacting their call centre but agents are very rude especially ladies they even drop call while telling them about problem, male will always listen with no resolution but make big promises to solve the matter. This months I Google emails for people on high positions in the department I sent them emails hoping they'll look in the matter so they responded with Faith Ngobeni's email for me to forward relevant documents for the claim. I did sent documents and CC them all but till today I haven't got any response from Faith nothing at all to give me hope that she's looking into the matter, I've sent follow up email and cc them all still no response. That time I'm unemployed was hoping this money will help me while looking for the job and since Covid things are not looking good for unemployment people like me. Can somebody help me please I'm now desperate for help
