UIF CLAiM DOL CHATSWORTH

Its been almost 3 months since I app**** for my UIF. I was retrenched in December. Due to the lockdown, we are not dropping of forms in the box which I believe is not getting processed. I have dropped off my bank details twice now and still it jas not been corrected on system. I really dont know what else to do. I am sure there are many frustrated people like me. UIF departments need to catch a wake up and find a system that works for them. Under staffed etc is totally not our problem. When Paye needs to be deducted off our pay its down timeously. Yet for payout we have to take so much ****. Its no wander people resort to crime. Its easier to get away with a crime than get your UIF payout
