UIF claim delayed

After being retrenched in February 2025 started the uif claim process on 08/04/2025 which was approved 10/04/2025 at our Anova offices in Omnipark. On 11/04/2025 went to the Roodepoort center to request for payment where i was told TOT is 10 to 15 days and return 14/05/2025 for next payment request. Because of the public holidays i had to wait till the 07/05/2025 before i could go and follow up. On this day i was then told vendor is on hold and they needed to verify my employment, I immediately on the day had my organization's HR send that document directly to the agent i was consulting with at Roodepoort. I was told then to wait another 7 to 10 days for payment and to return 17/06/2025 for the next payment request. At this point im getting frustrated and loosing hope in the system as im one of the few in my organization who were retrenched but havent received payment at all while others who started the same process around the same time period have even received their 2nd payments. Im not sure if the department process is streamlined so it works the same for everyone.
