UIF claim delay & Security bad attitude

I made a clain at the center beginning of June, they gave me dates to come back and everytime I go there I get the same excuse. They even said to me maybe its because 3 months has passed and they said to go to the bank & complete another form. Its frastrating because even the security guards are not helpful and friendly. Sometimes when I come through to this center they are off line & then I need to come back again & again. When I phone the centre no one ever answers the phone and its not fair because im unemployed, sometimes I phone befire I go there to ensure they are not offline so that I dont waste money and travel all the way for nothing. When I complained the security (Refiloe Maja & his colleagues) didn't care he just pushed the complains book to me. I asked for the manager he said he wont see me he doesn't deal with complains. The only way is to do it via the book & then leave to come back another time theres nothing they can do for me. The last time I came thru to the supervisor office he said he doesnt know why its not approved yet because I explained ti him that its been long & my ex colleagues I came with have all been approved and sorted out. He said I must be patient.
