UIF Claim delay

<p>I have spent so much trying to get hold of this department. I have never come across such tardiness and poor client services. i used an agency to lodge a claim on my behalf while i was pregnant and to date nothing has been done. my child is now 2 months and i am back at work so yes 4 months no payment and back at work.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the use of have UIF in place if there is no assistance rendered or prompt services. i have sent numerous emails to Jane Mashabela who has not responded to any of my emails. Proud to say that this morning i called in once again and spoke to a Gentleman by the name George Swanepoel who has kindly and promptly responded to my email advising he will provide feedback once he has gone through my documents, "hoping he too does not slack due to environment tardiness and poverty striken polices.</p> <p> </p> <p>Could someone please tell US THE NATION why it is we have to struggle to these hieghts.</p> <p> </p> <p>THE SERVICE IS RATHER APPALING</p>
