uif claim

if i could give 0 stars i would have. service very bad. i am still waiting for my first payment for my sick leave uif claim and it it over a year now and still not even a single payment was paid to me. every time you phone to follow up, they are giving you the same old story it is at the paymaster, or it is in for assessment. how can this take over a year? very poor and unacceptable.
