Uif claim case no ***

<p>I visited the Labour Department in Paarl on 3/3/2017 to complete a UIF application form . I received a sms confirming that within 35 days I will received feedback, I phoned the Paarl office several times to get clarity of progress being made. I emailed Aziza Leitch on 6/6/2017 to report the case. She instruct Ms Witbooi to send the application to the Provincial Office. I emailed them again 14/6/2017 to respond urgently.</p> <p>My concern is that somebody at the UIF should take the responsibilty to see to the succesfull of processing of the application to conclude this matter.</p> <p> </p>
