Uif claim case I'd C-*** for PJ vd Westhuizen

I amm having endless problems with my uif claim from uif department, they confirmed that they received all documents, but still don't pay out claim, submitted claim in June 2022 and it is still outstanding to date 7 months later, is this how pensioners are treated by department of labor after working 40 years and contributing to uif monthly, I find the service and Co operation very bad and non helpful my uif case I'd is C-***
