UIF CLAIM BLOCKED AND NOT PAID

I went to the department of labour in Taung on the 4th of September 2020 and I was told my profile is blocked because my employer EDCON had claimed on my behalf for Covid19 relief fund. On the 7th of September 2020 I received an sms with a case no *** and 35 days period to check again with DOL. I went again on the 12th to check and I was told that someone must first take my documents to Mafikeng to be captured and I must check again on the 12th of November to see if whoever managed to take my documents to Mafikeng.... this is laughable while my fate is dependent on someone’s decision to take my papers to Mafikeng, I get debit order bouncing and unable to provide for my family.
