Uif claim benefit

I submitted my claim on the 9th of May 2022 and I was told that everything is fine I should expect money within.20days and the gave me date to go and sign which was 14 June 2022, I went and sign in the 14th without any payment received. I didn't receive.my first pay and second pay.

I went to enquire on the 28th. At first they were refusing me to enter and told me to make an appointment.to come and enquire. I refused then they have me a permission to go in. The guy who was helping.me was Soo mean he gave me a form to sign after I have explained my situation, after that he referred to another old man who was also rude, he took my form and when he checked on the system he said to me the account that is on the system.is different from the one on the form. He asked me go go again to the bank with the form. I bring it back to him and I asked where do I lodge a complain because this is gross negligence the person who was capturing was supposed to make sure or double check the banking details I was told they don't know where I can lodge a complaint. I was not happy however I managed to ask around.and get to capturing supervisor and she checked how my clan was captured and she assured me that the information captured was exactly the way I submitted the problem could be at processing department, she referred me to the supervisor and the supervisor checked and confirmed that the banking details were not the same and she changed them. Now my problem is that till today I haven't received my money. I suffered 2months waiting for my money now we are on third month am not even sure if I will get my money. Due to their negligence yet they get paid that they have worked. I really need help with this matter. If I don't get money might ed up homeless because I haven't paid rent for two months.
