Uif claim approved sent to paymaster 3 weeks past already no payment and they can't give me a date when they will pay

I started my UIF Claim on Ufiling In October last year it is now February and still struggling to get my first payment. The customer services we can't complain about it because there is no customer service, The only objective the *********** consultants can say 7 - 10 days and the email that they respond with is your query has been resolved.

If it has been resolved then I would not have been making phone calls and emails asking for when they will make the payment no one can give me a answer I almost have to fo the 2 continuation of benefits and still having problems payment.

With this system UIF they are delaying payment and all the unemployed people are being pushed to the limits of becoming a ******** because the money is not being paid you guys don't worry you most getting paid and have food.

Now they play with us telling they do not have a date of payment.
