Uif claim

The back and forth I'm subjected to with this department are draining. I have since been waiting for my payment that was promised 5 days since my submission of continuation of benefits but now I am on day 20, there's no communication nothing from the department. The call center is pretty much useless since they keep escalating and finally said they "don't know" I must visit the center physically which will be like the fourth time but the system is always offline and you go back with no answer. A very frustrating experience considering that this your money.
