uif claim

Since I've app**** for my uif claim with soshanguve branch last year October was given a date to come back in November when I went was told my things are still not fine was given another date for December was told my company filled some info wrong then I asked my previous employer to mail the documents to me they did I supp**** the requested documents at labour was given a date for January when I went back was told that my things were still not captured when I asked why because I submitted all documents was told that they have a load of work so they don't know when my claim will be processes,,m hoping that I could get some help on this because I'm the bread winner at home nd I was hoping my application would b faster so I can take care of my family
