Uif claim

Good Day My name is sonelise george I have a complaint against Labour Department in the Eastern Cape in East London... I last received my UIF payout September 2022. I was told that there was a block on my payout because I was underpaid and that a call needs to be logged by the National office in order for my money to be released... They have been giving me a run around regarding when the money would be paid out.. Till today I have not received any of the money that was blocked by National I only received a payment of R2600 yesterday after going up and down and making calls regarding this issue.... Surprisingly there is nothing that they can do on their side except wait for someone they sent an email to from the National office to reply to them regarding the logging of the call...

I have have been spending money on taxi fare to go check if there has been any change, but there hasn't been any... This is now making me wonder if I will ever receive that under payment money that they owe me...

The Supervisor is aware of this and has instructed me to wait for their call.. Lord knows when that may be.. ID No :*** Cellphone No: ***
