UIF CLAIM

On the 13/01/15 my mother went to claim for her UIF at the labour department in Benoni, she was advised to wait for three months, three months later that is now May she goes back to check and she is told to wait for 10days. It isnow November and she is still waiting for the 10days. She ahd been in KemptonPark and Gemiston and they send her back to benoni. Is this how the govement treats people who worked for years in South Africa?
