UIF CLAIM

I forwarded all documents to UIF online. I it's been almost over 32 months. After phoning them several times nothing. I I was even told to go to the Alberton branch to follow up. Just to be told that online does not work and I need to do the whole process over. Even told me how can you trust them "head office" where everything is should be done and authorized.
