UIF Claim

Please can sine help me, I have called Over 100 time literary. And still have got paid.,I'm battling to get a correct answer as every agent give me the"run around" I do understand due to COVID19 there is a backlog with serving clients, I called I was asking that I send my u19 and Salary schedule which was one the 23/11/2020 then online under my profile on the 15/12/2020 my status change to payment done, however I have no received and payment. I called back in the 8th January 2021 as I was told that I should just waiting and monitor my Banking account, on the 15th January 2021 I was told by Team leader Jabulile Khubheka and Mapule Majasa That I haven't send my U19 form, after a heated conversation with her I sent it again via a link" secure update" and still haven't received and payment this far

Help me please!
