UIF CLAIM

I am still waiting for payout! I app**** for UIF in June, my claim got approved the beginning of December after sending so many emails and phoning speaking to many people from the UIF offices. I was told I would be paid within 10 days. Now when I checked on my profile it says it was cancelled by the paymaster! I've been paying UIF for 28 years and this is the first time I've claimed! IT'S SHOCKING!
