Uif claim

I am not happy about the department of Labor regarding my uif maternity leave claim,I submitted all the documents at the Lichtenburg branch in the North West province on the 13th of Dec 2017 and after I received an sms with a case no. Today I called to do a follow up on the claim and they say I didn't submit ui19,clearly this document was lost/not submitted by the branch. They wouldn't have processed if there is a missing document. Its easier when you get deducted but a pain when you claim. This is a government sector and things should be easier. I had the same issue back in 2006 and ended up not claim
