uif claim

I submitted my claim forms on the 21 of june 2017 they yold me to come back on the 26 of july and when i went there they told me the applications have not been processed i need to come back in a weeks time. I kept on going until i met with the manager Mr T Ngonyama who helped me and my application was approved i got my first payout and the second one without any trouble. After the second payment the gave me a form that says i must come back on the 29 of october and i was there when they told me my payment is blocked i need a letter stating what was the money for that i recieved at work after i took my martenity leave. I emailed the letter and still no money. Remeber i got my money only in August after applying in June, my child need to go for an operation on the 12 of october and i dont have any money for transport and for nappies because labour does not want to pay me my last paymeny while i gave them the letter that they wanted.
