UIF Claim

my Name is Dimakatso Serumula. i am so ashamed and disgusted by the reception at Labour department in Boksburg. i have been making phone call since Tuesday trying to make a follow up on my Husband's UIF Claim. the lady who answers telephones is a white Afrikaans lady which i do not have the name due to her horrible attitude. Since Tuesday i haven't been able to get through to the relevant department that deals with claims in fact i haven't been through anything, she literally put the phone down on my ear twice, at some point i called and before i could even say hello she answered the phone and her exact words answering a call were:\ there is no answer
