UIF Claim

I have put in my Maternity Leave Claim in June already - They have not approved my claim saying it does not show that me or the company I am working for is contributing anything towards UIF. After sending through all relevant paperwork and the proof of payment that we are contributing to UIF, the claim is still not being finalised. Everything is hanging in the air because of Department of Labour taking their time.
