uif claim

<p>hi. I'm very disappointed with the service I got at the pinetown department of labour. I'm on maternity leave so I went on the 4 of July to register my maternity uif I had every document that was required. I was helped by Thamsanqa who took everything(documents) and then gave me a paper and wrote I must return 04 August of which I did but when I got there I waited in a queue for almost 3 hours to be told that no documents were scanned on their system so I had to go to room 6 for them to search for my papers so they can be scanned again! when I got to room 6 I had to beg the lady and guy that works in that room to look for my papers but I was told they were busy with other people so I bagged the guy who was not bothered at all just looked at 1 pile of papers and told me he can't find them and told me that he can't help me further (keep in mind that I gave them everything now it seems like that it's my fault the papers are not scanned I waited for 2 hours for them to look for my papers). Most of the people don't wear name badges which makes it difficult for us to know who is helping us. so I couldn't get the lady and guy that failed to help me at room 6.</p>
