Uif claim

<p>My name is mthokozisi Michael Sibanyoni App**** for uif in September at kwamhlanga labour department got rejected in October reason was my ui-19 form was not captured in witbank got another to come and sign 25/11/2016 still nothing went back same reason got another date 23/12/2016 same story went back they said I must wait for an sms still waiting, i called them and they gave me witbank contacts,i called them they said it should not take this long but couldn't help they said the person responsible for claims is 'daddy'and he's on leave they can't help.</p>
