UIF Claim

I sent my application online. Every time when I call they tell me stories that they can't view my documents. There is no Department of Labour in my Town.

Call centre Agents are ***********. I will call for the last time tomorrow. I can't believe the garnvement facility is not helping at all. This is not right especially during these trying time.
