Uif Claim

My mom has experienced very pathetic service, even pathetic is an understatement. My mother was retrenched from her work in June 2020 then she app**** for uif in July 2020 but its been 5 months now she hasnt even recieved a cent. She app**** at the Orlando branch in soweto ,they said her bank letter was incorrect,she went to get another one after the next 35 days the moneyndidnt come in again then she went again and they said they dont know what the delay is,she went to the roodepoort branch and they said her money will come in 2 weeks,she was helped my eunice the manager,after 2 weeks no money came and that wss now in september then she went back to Orlando again and those fools from Orlando said they dont know why the money hasnt been released cause they can see it on the system but they dont know why it hasnt been released,they asked my mother to ask her company to send an email confirming she has been retrenched,rhe documents clearly stated she was retrenched i dont know why they would be so foolish to ask for an email but anyway the company sent that email and now that everything they asked for has been done .we asking if they can release the money they said they dont know anymore whats the delay imagine who does that the management from labour in orlando has failed us.Even if they say they working through a backlog,it cannot take 5months,nobody is even reaching out to say what the problem is,the ops manager from orlando said he also doesnt know whats the delay a whole ops manager When we get there,they know us now they just say write your number in a piece of paper they will call you then they throw that piece of paper in a box and nothing happens we are going into december now my mom cant do anything for her kids and grand kids because of someone who doesnt know how to do their Job.This matter must be taken very serious I am very very very angry,I know people who app**** in octoner and they have already been paid. Orlando branch is very very ****ty and can we please have our money asap,uif has never taken 5 months delay,this is bull****,even management has failed us,clearly if it was one of their family members they were going to be paid within a second but no some people are not considerate. This matter must be sorted now. I need some1 to call me with a solution from head office cause these managers dont help at all.uif that takes 5months wow
