UIF CLAIM -11 October 2023

I app**** for uif online on the 10th October 2023,and my application was updated on the 30th November 2023 saying Not Approved/Refused (I sent my Ui-19, Salary Schedule, Pay slip and my Id on my first application) I then called the uif call center and asked why was my application refused I was told that I needed to send my Salary Schedule and UI-19 I then sent the documents again on the 12 December 2023. I called to make a follow up in January and I was told my documents where not received and I resent them called again and they were received at last only to be told that I need to send the salary Schedule on a pdf file and I did send the document again aa requested. On the 21 February 2024 I received an sms from the uif office saying they have received all the documents and I must give the time to go through the documents and they will communicate in case of discrepancies, until this day on the 04th June 2024 I have not heard of the uif office. I called again today to check for an update I spoke to Tshepiso and he checked, to told me today that my application was refused because I didn't send my Id and UI2.8 and a sevice letter, I was further told to contact Frontier Coffee my last employer and ask them to change my employment status on their system as that is causing a problems for my claim. I only worked for a month at Frontier Coffee. I have been sending emails before without a reply from the uif call center until I called today the 04th June 2024.
