Uif claim

With a heavy heart that our public servants are not doing what they pledged to do when they were applying for the position they are currently holding... With an empty stomach as I am writing this to complain about the poor services we've endured as the residents of free state seeking help from the department of Labour in Bloemfontein Charlotte Maxeke street... Long story short... I app**** for my UIF at the department but to date it's still a tale no success at all.... I've been told to wait for 35days but now days even went to more than that... I came to check last week I was given a peace of paper to write my details they will call and tell me what could be the cause of delay on my application but to date nothing... I came today still I'm told to write my details down they will contact me.. Question at hand is... How do I even trust that they will call whereas they failed to do so from the first time.... I really wish the department of Labour management could attend to this cause most of the people have lost patience they actually close to becoming violent... We've got families to feed if only they could just be professional and do their job
