Uif Chatsworth, paid government employees doing bare minimum, if at all.

I Eric Hoover, have been retrenched at end of May 2020 and have still unsuccessfully been trying to sign up for unemployment funds. The Chatsworth branch where i live, is most unhelpful and more offline than on. They only assist a hundred people daily and turn everyone else away. Please advise if all branches are doing this and how else i may apply. Still in the dark without help whatsoever.
