UIF cancelled my claim after I uploaded my documents with their website and emailing the requested documents twice

After jumping through hoops to register a claim, UIF cancelled my claim after I uploaded my documents with their website and emailing the requested documents twice. Their system is non functional, pathetic and simply doesn`t work!!!
