UIF Calim unresolved after 2 years and 2 months

Good day, I want to complaint for my claim to the UIF Center.-, because I don't get any response from the UIF Centre. My UIF Case ID: C-*** I apply online for my UIF on the 13th December 2020 with the necessary documents from my last employee. Since then, I made numerous calls to the UIF contact center without any luck. They did ask me for certain documents on different occasions (by phone or email), which I did submitted to them. I also phone them afterwards to confirm if they did receive the documents, they confirm they did receive all the documents, everything is in order, they have all the documents. Every time when I phone the answer is almost the same, "We haven't received any feedback, I shall escalate it again" or the Assessor are busy with it, and so we went on and on. They can't tell me why it takes so long. It is now 2 years and 2 months and I haven't received any money from them. I just want this claim to be resolve, please.
