UIF Bennifts not Paid, Single mother of two about to loose her car

I've been a uif and tax payer for over 15years, My maternity claim (1 month is all i claimed) took over a year to pay. My maternity benefit too soo long to pay that i became unemployed a year after i had my son and the payment was still o/s. I was told by the consultants at the Braamfontein branch that I could not apply for unemployment until the maternity was resolved. This process with countless returns to the uif office took months and months of lending and borrowing petrol money and airtime to follow up and was only resolved after i broke down at the braamfontein office.

I was unemployed from Oct - Dec 2022 (Still not paid) C-*** Maternity claim logged in Feb 2021 was finally resolved in Jan 2023.

I am unemployed again and have no grace with any of my creditors as I had to take a lower salary job and could never catch up to my payments. My unemployment from Oct - Dec 2022 is still no paid and I'm about to lose my car. I am a single mother of 2. Who's paid over 15years of uif and taxes. Everytime i ask for help I have to wait for feedback which never comes. My maternity documents were filled under another gentelmens name. I submitted 3 times and made endless trips to have it resolved. I currently can't even travel to the UIF office as I have exhausted all streams of income.

The above tickets all relate to the unemployment claim which till today has not been resolved. Everytime i follow up I'm asked to wait until it has escalated, Then after a month or two I'm asked to send a document. When I send the document I'm asked to wait another 21 days which end up being 2 months.

The last ticket when I followed up on 01 November asked me to submit all my documents. Why is this happening please, please please, Think about my children.
