UIF Benefits not received, maybe someone in that department stole all the money

I app**** for my COB in September 2021 and havent received any funds. I called the call centre and they informed me that there was a delay at the paymaster side. I app**** again for my Oct 2021 COB and still havent received any funds, meaning I have outstanding payments for Sept & Oct 2021. I call the Call Centre every 2nd to try and find out what is the problem and they keep on giving me the run around. When I asked to speak to a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager they told me they do not have 1. How can a department work without a Supervisor or Manager. I think the money was ****** now they cant pay anybody their benefits, this is not on. We worked hard for our money and now you cant even claim it. The agents keep on saying the issue will be escalated. Escalation and feedback was never received. This is unfair to the people that desperately needs their funds. I know no one of the department of labour will be reading this but I had to vent.
