UiF benefits

The worst department to deal with. I've app**** for retrenchment benefits almost 6 months now and nothing to date. I think we owe them money we would have to pay immediately or be prosecuted. I've worked for 33 years and never claimed for benefits before . I suppose nothing will be done about my complaint anyways
