Uif benefits

I have been employed for 30 years and contributed to the UIF fund. I did an online application for UIF benefits in April this year. For weeks on end I called the online team to get a response as to why the application is still pending. To date I have not received a response from. I also followed it up with emails that no responded to. I'm not sure why they have an online service.
