Uif benefits

I went to the DOL Middleburg seeking for help. I could not get any help. I app**** for my Uif benefits and I was told that my application was late, I should have app**** in 2014. I was incapacitated in 2014 by the company called Bhp Billiton. I was suppose to have a review with the company in 2016 of which didn't happen. The company told CCMA that I'm still employed with them. There will be a review in 2016 I have a case number.(MP5811-14)

I have proved to them that the problem was not with me, but still they refused to give me my benefits even if I have given all the information they needed. 1.doctors reports 2 termination letter 3.outcome from CCMA 4.audio from CCMA 5.their form in 2014 and all the information they needed was provided.
