UIF bad service

I app**** for my UIF in October 2021 and i still havent received my money.i thought the process was supposed to take 35 days ,i have been to their offices more than three times i will end up spending more more than i will receive.what a bad service i wish i had never step foot in their offices.i would advice all people owed uif to refrain from going to their offices because it will only cause you stress and heartache
