UIF

I submitted my UIF claim in January 2021. I was sent a link to upload my forms which I did. In March I was told I never registered which I proceeded with and since then and following bi-weekly calls I have had no joy. I am still awaiting a response. Firstly I was told that after the final submission it will be 7 to 10 working days and then I will receive a reply. I waited 12 working days and phoned again and was told because of COVID they cannot give me a time line. I submitted a continuation of payment online only to discover that my payment was cancelled via paymaster. I was laid off in December 2020 and it is not 15 May 2021 - how does one survive if we cannot even receive our UIF? Please can someone out there tell me what the next step is to obtain a payout?
